Before transitioning into residential remodeling, we spent many years working in the luxury yachting industry, managing complex interior and exterior refit projects on high-end vessels. This was not lifestyle or leisure work — it was deadline-driven project management that required coordinating specialized trades, managing strict timelines, protecting high-value assets, and delivering flawless results for clients with uncompromising expectations.

During this time, we managed multimillion-dollar refit projects across shipyards worldwide, often overseeing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
